Greetings! I am currently an academic administrator at Simmons University SLIS as well as a library and information science researcher of human information behavior. My research focuses on how people interact with information, especially on serendipity in information behavior (information encountering). I am also interested in usability of information environments and currently pursue interest in evaluation of extended reality environments such as augmented and virtual reality.
